Caring for Your Cast Stone Itzuviem Product
Itzuviems products are made for indoor usage only in cold climates, and both indoor and outdoor usage in mild climates. Severe cold, snow or heavy rains might damage the cast stone.
To clean first gently dust product with a feather dust brush. Then gently wipe with a lightly dampened cloth such as Fresh Wipes (do not use any other type of cloth such as washcloth, paper towels or any type of abrasive material).
To dust products, gently wipe with a feather dust brush.
Under no circumstances are any of the products on this website to be put in the dishwasher or submerged in water.
Return/Exchange Policies
Merchandise may be returned/exchanged by post subject to the following conditions:
- Store credit only will be given on all return/exchange items.
- Return item(s) must be postmarked no later than 30 days after you receive your merchandise.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
- Please include the following in the return package: a) original/copy of invoice or exchange slip, b) merchandise.
- Please pack return item(s) durably, as Itzuviems products are fragile. We strongly advise you to insure the return package for damage and for lost parcels. Itzuviem is not responsible for any package that gets lost on the way back to us.
- All packing, shipping and insurance costs for returned/exchanged merchandise must be paid for by the customer at dispatch point and are non-refundable. No collect charges for shipping will be paid for by Itzuviem.
- All packing, shipping and insurance costs for replacement merchandise sent by Itzuviem will be paid for by Itzuviem.
- Only merchandise purchased directly from Itzuviem will be exchanged. Merchandise purchased at a local store is according to store policy and must be dealt with through the store.
